What is pre-order?

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page. 

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders typically leave our facility within 24 hours after being placed, heading straight to our trusted carrier, Post NL. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package as it makes its journey to your doorstep.

Please be aware that if you order multiple items in a single transaction, they may ship from different locations based on stock availability. We do this to make sure you receive your complete order as swiftly as possible.

Please note: All shipping timeframes are based on the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (as advised on the product page), this is the approximate date of dispatch, and delivery of pre-order items will occur within the timeframes listed above.

Can I change my shipping address?

You bet! If your order hasn't shipped yet, there's still time to change the shipping address. Please send us the new shipping address details as soon as possible, and we'll make the necessary adjustments for you. To update your shipping address, email us at: support@apexlife.space.

If your order has already shipped, don't worry! While we may not have the ability to redirect the package ourselves, it might be possible to do so through Post NL. We recommend checking with Post NL directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to see if redirection is an option.

Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Therefore, it's crucial to carefully check your address details entered at checkout.

Help! My order is lost / hasn’t been delivered?

While Post NL usually quotes us a delivery timeframe of 2-12 business days, sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. If this happens, your tracking number may show a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your order hasn't been delivered within 20 days, please don't hesitate to contact us via an email to support@apexlife.space, and we can launch an investigation with Post NL.

Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary, but rest assured, we'll do our utmost to assist you with a timely resolution.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we offer returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

However, please be aware that returning olive oil and glass containers can be quite challenging, and not all items may be eligible for return.

If you are not satisfied with these products within 30 days, please send us a picture of the item (broken or not), via email to support@apexlife.space and we will process a refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
  2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes any specialty packaging that ensures the safety of the glass containers.
  3. You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. Proper packaging is essential, as destroyed packages will not be refunded.

Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price, and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.

Example: Purchased Extra Virgin Olive Oil for €20. Returned the oil, current sale price = €20. Your refund is €20. The above is only an example; the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested.

Exclusions from Return:

  • Olive oil and avocado oil are not eligible for return. If you are not satisfied with these products within 30 days, please send us a picture of the item (broken or not), and we will process a refund.

Apex Life is a brand born from a love for natural, wholesome food and a commitment to health and the environment. We offer extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil in environmentally friendly glass bottles, along with optional portion control dispensers.

Where do your oils come from?

Our oils encapsulate the essence of our family-owned farm in Crete. They are 100% natural, chemical-free, and non-GMO, bursting with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Why do you use glass bottles?

We choose glass over plastic wherever possible to align with our commitment to the environment. Glass is a more sustainable option, and it also preserves the quality and flavor of our oils.

What are the portion control dispensers?

Our optional portion control dispensers are designed to help you accurately measure your oil intake. They are your allies in adding the perfect amount of flavor to your meals, whether in salads or stir-fries.

How does Apex Life support the environment?

We are deeply committed to minimizing plastic use in our products.

Unlike many other brands, we choose not to use plastic pourers in our bottles at all. We also encourage consumers to reuse the sprayers on their next bottle purchase from us, rather than buying a new sprayer every time.

Our packaging choices include glass bottles and the elimination of unnecessary plastic elements. We only use plastic for long-lasting items like sprayers and bottle caps, and for essential packaging materials.

Our transportation methods are also designed to minimize plastic use. These choices reflect our dedication to offering products that align with your values and respect our shared environment.
